Watermelon cupcakes (yes, you read that right) are the perfect summertime treat that you can enjoy year-round, especially since they are made from watermelon jelly. The cupcake batter contains watermelon jelly, basil, olive oil, flour, milk, salt, eggs, sugar and dried yeast. Rather than demolishing the sweetness of the watermelon, add to it by dipping these cupcakes in even more watermelon jelly after baking them (or slather that jelly on like frosting.) The next step?
