Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Gingerbread and peppermint recipes are starting to pop up, and we are not complaining, but it’s technically still Autumn, so we think pumpkin cupcakes are still acceptable.

This classic recipe pairs yummy pumpkin flavor with the complementary texture of cream cheese frosting for a perfect start to the week back to work after a holiday of feasting, family time and maybe even shopping. You deserve it!

Apple Pie Cupcakes

Apple Pie Cupcakes

A slice of warm apple pie is hard to resist, so it’s no surprise that they are one of my top comfort foods. These Apple Pie Cupcakes are a wonderful way to get all the flavor of apple pie in a format that travels more easily and can be eaten aright out of the palm of your hand!

The cupcakes are vanilla cupcakes, made with a recipe that produces fluffy, tender cupcakes every time. If you’re an apple pie lover, you’ll fall in love with these at first bit. The light cupcakes really set off the apple filling and make these cupcakes feel like pie, not just another apple cupcake.

Sweet Potato Casserole Cupcakes

Sweet Potato Casserole Cupcakes

This was my first time baking with sweet potatoes and I loved it. If you’re looking for a fun twist on a Thanksgiving classic for dessert, definitely consider these cupcakes!

It’s no surprise these flavors all work well together in an actual dessert! Sweet potatoes are similar to carrots and pumpkin in that they make great additions to baked goods, and pair really nicely with cinnamon and brown sugar. What more do you need?

Turkey Face Cupcakes

Turkey Face Cupcakes

A fun dessert for Thanksgiving weekend, besides what will you eat for dessert when the pumpkin pie is gone? These Turkey Face Cupcakes will be perfect, trust me!

Pie seems to get eaten pretty fast by the time breakfast rolls around the day after Thanksgiving in our house, so these would be perfect for dessert, drop-per by-ers and YOU of course. You look like you could use a cute cupcake. I know I could after tackling a 20 pound turkey!

Sweet Potato Pie Cupcakes with Marshmallow Frosting

Sweet Potato Pie Cupcakes with Marshmallow Frosting

We’re closer than ever to Thanksgiving, and while many may go for the traditional pie on the dessert table, we think we’ll try these cupcakes.

Not only are these babies packed with sweet potatoes and cinnamon, they’re surrounded by graham cracker crust and topped with marshmallow frosting. If combining pie and cupcakes isn’t the perfect Thanksgiving treat, we don’t know what is.

Butterscotch Dip Cupcakes

Butterscotch Dip Cupcakes

Who doesn’t love butterscotch? Who doesn’t love cupcakes? Since the answer to both questions is a resounding, “No one,” this is a combo you’ll want to make in large batches. The cake portion, vanilla with a hint of sour cream, is light and fluffy, the perfect companion for marshmallow frosting and a butterscotch shell. The most fun part? These cupcakes are dipped, just like your favorite Dairy Queen cones. Grab some baking gear, set aside just over an hour, and get cooking!

Pumpkin Snickers Cupcakes

Pumpkin Snickers Cupcakes

A pumpkin cupcake is certainly not hard to find, and neither is a Snickers, but this recipe combines the two glorious flavors into one, promising cupcakes you won’t be able to resist. These delightful morsels are topped with a nugat frosting and chocolate that looks like it took four hours. (It doesn’t…unless you eat it all and have to start over. No one will judge.) Based on sight alone, it would be tough to judge anyone for eating too many – that orange and brown is the perfect combination of delicious.
