Lemon and Strawberry Cupcakes

Lemon and Strawberry Cupcakes

We’re getting ready to say goodbye to summer, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a few more delicious fruity cupcake recipes like this Lemon and Strawberry Cupcake one.

These cakes are smaller than regular cupcakes, which means less guilt about those few scrumptious bites of sweet goodness. It’s Monday, and you’re doing fine. You deserve a sweet treat.

Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Cupcakes, in an ice cream cone? It all started with these tiny ice cream waffle cones.

Though they were fiddly and messy to make, the final result was so cute! The surprise load of popping candy in the centre was definitely a crowd pleaser and much giggling ensued.

And though I love my cupcakes, I definitely need to get my hands on more of these little cones so I can experiment with different desserts 🙂

Pina Colada Cupcakes

Pina Colada Cupcakes

These Pina Colada Cupcakes are made with a moist and fluffy pineapple cupcake topped with a delicious coconut frosting! Inspired by the classic cocktail, these cupcakes are perfect for summer!

The coconut and pineapple are just perfect together. And it just makes you feel like you should be on a beach somewhere with beautiful weather, a tan and some great beach music. The perfect summer drink – and even better in cupcake form!

Cotton Candy Cupcakes

Cotton Candy Cupcakes

Moist cupcakes, packed with that nostalgic cotton candy flavor and pieces of real cotton candy in the batter! The are topped off with a swirl of sweet, melt-in-your-mouth, cotton candy frosting, and finished with a pinch of fluffy cotton candy or one of my cotton candy lollipops!

My favorite part is the specks of real cotton candy throughout the fluffy cupcakes. These are perfect for serving at a birthday party, carnival, or any special occasion!

Piña Colada Cupcakes

Piña Colada Cupcakes

Since summer isn’t coming quick enough let’s just make these Pina Colada Cupcakes and pretend it’s summer. Okay? Great! Everyone was swooning over these and for good reason, they taste just like a Pina Colada but in cupcake form!

These would be fun for just about any party. Now slap on a swimsuit, crank up that pina colada song (“if you like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain”) and get baking because you are going to love these!

Palm Tree Cupcakes

Palm Tree Cupcakes

Ready for the cutest cupcakes of the summer? These Palm Tree Cupcakes are easy to make and will steal all the attention at your next party!  I’m serious, these are a showstopper and I even took them one step further and added a cute “towel” and teddy to the island scene!

You can leave the island palm tree and just serve them like that, or you can add a Fruit by the Foot “towel” and a Teddy Graham tanning on the island!  Just use a pair of scissors to cut your “towels’ and then use some frosting to secure the towel and the teddy the the cupcake island!
