At first glance, these cupcakes look like regular red velvet cupcakes. That is, until you take the first bite and realize there is a little ball of rich chocolate ganache in the center of ever cupcake. More of the ganache is used for glazing the top of each cupcake which is just a hint of what’s to come. You can alter the topping by using raspberry jam. On the other hand, the chocolate and the red velvet is just such a decadent, rich combination that most people will remember for years.
