One of the best parts of summer is summer camp – and with that, s’mores. What’s not to love? Chocolate + marshmallow heated up till it’s gooey and melty, on top of a crunchy cracker…yum.
These s’mores cupcakes have a mini graham cracker crust, topped with small chunks of bittersweet chocolate, chocolate cupcake sprinkled with more graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chunks, and are finally finished with a marshmallow frosting. Toast the frosting with a mini torch or under the broiler and it gets a perfect toasted marshmallow taste and texture.
