These lucious cupcakes, inspired by the Girl Scout Cookies of the same name, contain the three C’s: coconut, caramel and chocolate. The chocolate cupcake base contain unusual ingredients like sour cream and Dutch processed cocoa powder, alongside the standard flour, butter and sugar. Topped with a homemade salted buttercream frosting, sweetened toasted coconut (toasted in the oven, its simplicity is what makes this cupcake special) and a small drizzle of melted chocolate, these cupcakes are not to be forgotten!
