Even if you didn’t grow up where Ribena was popular, these sweet (and pretty!) cupcakes are sure to give you a taste for the extra-sugary drink–in cupcake form.
These cupcakes are a basic recipe, but with Ribena where the water or milk should be, filled with black currant jam and topped with pink Ribena buttercream and black currant pastiles. Um…yum?
