If you’ve been looking for something completely unique, then look no further than these Zuccotto cupcakes. The batter is a simple white cake mix with some finely chopped chocolate added (despite the name of these treats, there is no liquor anywhere in the recipe.) After baking, these cupcakes are filled with a mix of whipping cream, hazelnuts, raspberries and toffee bits. They are then topped with two different types of frosting: cream cheese and ganache, for a treat that is truly original!
