Oatmeal Raisin Cookie cupcakes seem a lot like oatmeal raisin cookie muffins, but the rich and hearty cookie like cupcake is tasty by whatever name you choose to call it. These sweet treats would be perfect for a quick on-the-go breakfast, as well as an after school snack. They could be frosted quite nicely with a cream cheese icing or buttercream, but they are quite tasty on their own as well.
