
For a fresh, fruity and fun summertime treat, try these nectarine cupcakes. They consist of vanilla cupcake batter (flour, milk, sugar, eggs, butter and the usual ingredients) filled with chopped nectarines. To make them, put some batter into the cupcake liner, spoon in some of the chopped nectarines, and then cover them with more batter. Bake and top with a homemade whipped frosting (sour cream, heavy cream and sugar) and a few slices of nectarines. Tasty and sweet!
