Few things go together better than peanut butter and jelly. These peanut butter cupcakes with peanute butter frosting and jelly exemplify that. The cupcakes are made from a basic batter containing sour cream, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and several other ingredients, including peanut butter (of course!) The frosting is a tasty peanut butter cream cheese. Once these treats are baked, slather them with frosting and place a spoonful of the jam of your choice at the top. You won’t regret these!
