Jelly Donuts are tasty on their own, but Jelly Donut cupcakes? How can anyone resist? These tasty treats are gluten free, and are made from coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda, apple sauce, grapeseed oil, agave nectar and vanilla extract. The filling – because donuts are nothing without filling – is made from raspberry jam and arrowroot powder. For a little extra touch, after baking, sprinkle the tops of these with xylitol powder. And Voila! Jelly donut cupcakes!

Few things go together better than peanut butter and jelly. These peanut butter cupcakes with peanute butter frosting and jelly exemplify that. The cupcakes are made from a basic batter containing sour cream, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and several other ingredients, including peanut butter (of course!) The frosting is a tasty peanut butter cream cheese. Once these treats are baked, slather them with frosting and place a spoonful of the jam of your choice at the top. You won’t regret these!
