These Jello Tie-Dye Fruity cupcakes are perfect for when standard “boring” cupcakes simply will not do. They are easy to make — take a box of vanilla cake mix (or make some batter from scratch, it is up to you) and divide it into three bowls. Add some dry Jello mix to each bowl, one type of mix per bowl, making sure to use three different flavors, and then alternately add it to cupcake liners. Bake and then frost for a simple, colorful and tasty treat!
