The recipe calls for a lot of Bailey’s Irish Cream incorporated into each component of the dessert and even utilizes the tiny Bailey’s bottles. The cake is a great deal like a brownie but less dense, the ganache is rich, and the frosting features more Irish Cream as well. The Irish cream hot fudge sauce is served in the mini Bailey’s bottles in the middle of the cake.
