Rich, sweet, and creamy are three words for this three milk, or Tres Leches, cupcake. While the name literally means “three milks”, there are four milks used in this recipe; buttermilk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut milk, all of which add to the decadent flavor and texture of this dessert. The Dulce de Leche frosting also lives up to its name, which means “candy of milk”. Whether on its own as a snack, or after a meal, this cupcake is “tres bon’”.
