Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes

Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes

In honor of National Cookie Day and the holiday season:

Tis the season! These Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes have a gingerbread cookie bottom topped with a gingerbread cupcake. Then they are topped off with a brown sugar cream cheese frosting and another gingerbread cookie for triple gingerbread love!

I loved how these Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes turned out. I haven’t always been the biggest gingerbread fan, but I am now realizing what I have been missing out on. I love the subtle spiciness of the ginger. And turning that package of cookie mix into a cupcake creation? Game on!!

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Gingerbread and peppermint recipes are starting to pop up, and we are not complaining, but it’s technically still Autumn, so we think pumpkin cupcakes are still acceptable.

This classic recipe pairs yummy pumpkin flavor with the complementary texture of cream cheese frosting for a perfect start to the week back to work after a holiday of feasting, family time and maybe even shopping. You deserve it!

Brown Sugar Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Brown Sugar Frosting

Brown Sugar Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Brown Sugar Frosting

These cupcakes are perfect for that day when you need dessert but have had, frankly… just a little too much chocolate. It doesn’t hit me often, but occasionally I’ve just had TOO MUCH. Chocolate overload. Chocolate OD. Almost literal death by chocolate.

These solve all that. Brown sugar (the healthy kind since it’s BROWN) and peanut butter. Super fluffy cake that is a change up from vanilla and definitely not chocolate. Life’s cure all!

Gingerbread Latte Cupcakes

Gingerbread Latte Cupcakes

Rich mocha, warm ginger, a kick of cinnamon… what’s not to love? These gingerbread latte cupcakes are moist, not too sweet, and perfectly spiced.

The cream cheese frosting is thick, fluffy, and flavored with just a kick of fresh lemon. They’re going to be the hit of your holiday party!

Turkey Face Cupcakes

Turkey Face Cupcakes

A fun dessert for Thanksgiving weekend, besides what will you eat for dessert when the pumpkin pie is gone? These Turkey Face Cupcakes will be perfect, trust me!

Pie seems to get eaten pretty fast by the time breakfast rolls around the day after Thanksgiving in our house, so these would be perfect for dessert, drop-per by-ers and YOU of course. You look like you could use a cute cupcake. I know I could after tackling a 20 pound turkey!

Carrot Cupcakes

Carrot Cupcakes

Nothing makes a hot cup of coffee better than a crisp, cool Autumn morning…and a carrot cupcake.

Lots of shredded carrot (seriously, you’ll think “this much?”) and chopped walnuts are mixed in to a tender spice cake, for a taste that will definitely have you wanting more of cooler temperatures.

If you’re feeling really festive, sprinkle pomegranate arils over the top, but either way, these cupcakes are sure to be the perfect treat for any day of the week.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Anything that combines pumpkin and cream cheese is a winner with me and these cupcakes come out so flavorful and moist but with minimal effort. We didn’t add cinnamon to the frosting but I’m certain it would be wonderful as well.

I dare you to eat just one. Double dog dare ya!
