Red velvet cupcakes decorated as happy snowmen! The scarves are trimmed fruit roll-ups, eyes and mouths are mini chocolate chips and the nose a chocolate covered sunflower seed. Their little hats are green chocolate melts with another sunflower seed on top. The mini cupcake is attached to the bottom cake with a pretzel stick via Ashley Nicole on Flickr
