For those not in the know, Chambord is an alcoholic liqueur that is infused with black raspberries. And what goes great with raspberries? Chocolate, of course! These cupcakes are definitely only for adults, as they contain coffee, as well as tamer ingredients like cocoa powder, vanilla extract, flour and buttermilk. All of these combine to create a very moist cupcake that goes great with the Chambord, chocolate and heavy cream frosting. Top with a fresh (or frozen) raspberry and serve!

Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Chambord Ganache cupcakes can be dressed up with sophisticated liqueur or dressed down with rainbow vanilla colored ganache frosting. On the other hand, once you try the grown-up version you will probably stop at that as these are so melt-in-your-mouth delicious you wish you learned how to create these sooner. A grown-up looking cupcake for grownups, you will be everyone’s favorite person for days after serving these.
