Reindeer Cupcakes

Reindeer Cupcakes

Christmas Day is finally here, and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than by toasting to Santa’s main man, Rudolph.

These adorable reindeer cupcakes pay homage to the outcast reindeer who lit the way for gifts and goodies and went down in history. They’re likely to go the same way, after they hit taste buds and tummies.

Mulled Wine Cupcakes

Mulled Wine Cupcakes

If there’s one drink that really says Christmas, it’s got to be mulled wine, and there’s no better way to enjoy a glass of wine than with a yummy cupcake…unless the glass of wine is IN a cupcake.

If that’s piqued your interest, these mulled wine treats are a must-try. Add mulled wine, holiday spices and just the right fruits, top with burgundy frosting and have a solid drink…literally.

We’ve made reindeer and Santa hat cupcakes, but the holiday baking season wouldn’t be complete without snowmen!

Chile Mocha Cupcakes

Chile Mocha Cupcakes

So here is my new obsession; these chile mocha cupcakes. They are of course inspired by the new Starbucks fall drink, the chile mocha.

A sweet combination of cocoa, cinnamon with a small kick from ancho and cayenne chile. The true definition of sweet and spicy if you ask me and just what you need for those mornings when you need an extra kick. Like today!!!

Pumpkin Chocolate Cupcakes

Pumpkin Chocolate Cupcakes

When a good thing is a good thing.. it’s a good thing! And that’s how I feel about pumpkin and chocolate. It’s meant to be.

So we decided to double the deliciousness. 2 times the pumpkin and 2 times the chocolate. With that much goodness packed into one small cup, and in a pretty design, this autumn recipe can’t go wrong.

Maple Cupcakes with Maple Buttercream

Maple Cupcakes with Maple Buttercream

There’s no rule that maple syrup can only be used on pancakes and waffles, and this cupcake recipe takes full advantage of that.

Featuring maple syrup in both the cake and the frosting, in addition to a little brown sugar, these cups of goodness are sure to hit the spot, whether you’re munching for breakfast, a late night snack or anything in between.

Pumpkin Walnut Spider Cupcakes

Pumpkin Walnut Spider Cupcakes

What’s scarier.. spiders or snakes? Luckily we don’t have to worry about smashing these spiders! They are actually invited to the halloween party!

These spider cupcakes start with pumpkin walnut cupcake batter, and that might just be my favorite part! They are pretty simple to make and they have great flavor from the brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree. The walnuts add a great crunch and I’m pretty sure walnuts and pumpkin go together like peanut butter and chocolate 🙂 The only thing you’ll have to worry about with these adorable spiders is how to eat them!
