Biscoff is an addictive cookie spread that is similar to Nutella (although Nutella is made from chocolate and hazelnuts.) These cupcakes have Biscoff in the frosting, not in the batter itself. In fact, the batter is a simple chocolate cupcake batter, made according to the specifications from your favorite recipe. The frosting is a Biscoff buttercream that is made from butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, milk and the aforementioned Biscoff spread. Frost the cupcakes, sprinkle on some Biscoff cookie bits and enjoy!

There is no such thing as too much Biscoff. This recipe uses the cookie based spread both in the cupcakes and in the frosting. The cupcake batter also contains flour, sugar, sour cream, cinnamon, salt, canola oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Once they have baked and had a chance to cool, top them with the homemade Biscoff buttercream frosting that is described here. The results will be unforgettably tasty and quite delicious!

Biscoff is a spread made from Biscoff cookies. It’s very similar to Nutella, but, obviously, made from something entirely different. It is used in this cupcake recipe – alongside chocolate and several other ingredients, like unsalted butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and chocolate cake mix. The frosting can be any variety – this one uses vanilla buttercream – as the best part is the melted Biscoff spread and bits of Biscoff cookies that go on top. They are the real showstoppers here.

Peanut Butter Biscoff Oreo Brownie Cupcake is the assemblage of four dessert favorites resulting in one special treat. This over the top sweet treat is more than enough for any sweet tooth. The base is a boxed fudge brownie mix layered with Oreo Cookie slathered in a Biscoff and peanut butter concoction then topped with another Oreo. Topping it all with buttercream frosting makes this one of the sweetest treats around.

Chocolate can be too thick for the summer heat. But you can make a chocolate and Biscoff cupcake with a little booze as a refreshing summer twist. This chocolate cupcake is baked with Kahlua with a marbled Biscoff frosting made with chocolate ganache. Doesn’t that sound yummy? Drizzle your cupcake some more with chocolate ganache and some Skor shards for an added crumble in your cupcake. That sounds like the perfect afternoon.
