It’s Monday, and on Mondays, it’s totally acceptable to have cupcakes for dinner. Especially when they’re composed of pizza ingredients!
These little muffins have all the components you love about pizza: sauce, mozzarella, herbs and pepperoni, held together by a savory cupcake. It’s a very basic dough that is soft and almost spongy, which is perfect to soak up tomato sauce.
