Several people seem to go crazy for these gluten-free chocolate cupcake, and we’re not surprised. Developed on the fly, they sound like little cups of heaven…for EVERYONE.
Keep in mind that because of the lack of gluten, the cupcakes don’t rise in that lovely mound on top like you might want. In fact they sink a little in the middle. But don’t worry. That’s what the frosting is for.
