These tasty treats are both gluten free and dairy free, so you can enjoy them without worry. The dairy free buttermilk is made from combining almond milk with apple cider vinegar. This then gets mixed in with the gluten free flours, tapioca starch and sifted cocoa, among other things. Bake and then serve – no frosting required!
