Cherries and cream in a cup; what more can you as for? The base is vanilla cupcakes baked with cherries. You can definitely see the pink spots of the cherries with the beige color of the base. Add some pink coloring gel for a pinker base. The frosting is Swiss meringue butter cream; sweet, creamy and definitely complementary to the cherry cupcakes. The frosting takes longer to do but it’s perfect with its thick and smooth texture.
