Celebrate St. Patricks Day with a charming cupcake tower. The cake on top is made with the giant cupcake pan and a 5 inch cake pan. Both are covered in fondant and the cake is imprinted with a wood grain impression mat to resemble a tree trunk. Icing grass is piped from a 233 pastry tip.

Bottoms Up! Irish Cream Hot Fudge

Bottoms Up! Irish Cream Hot Fudge Cupcakes are perfect for St. Patricks Day parties. The recipe calls for a lot of Baileys Irish Cream incorporated into each component of the dessert and even utilizes the tiny Baileys bottles. The cake is a great deal like a brownie but less dense, the ganache is rich, and the frosting features more Irish Cream as well. The Irish cream hot fudge sauce is served in the mini Baileys bottles in the middle of the cake.

Ultimate St. Patricks Day Cupcakes

You don’t have to Irish to celebrate St. Patrick’s day – or eat these cupcakes – but you should be an adult, thanks to the liquor in the recipe. The cupcakes are a red velvet recipe that has been altered to use green food coloring instead of red, in order to match the holiday. After baking, an edible chocolate liquor cup is inserted into the top of each cupcake. Top them with an Irish whiskey cream cheese frosting, and then fill the chocolate liquor cups with green beer before serving.

Turtle Cupcakes

These sweet looking cupcakes are made out of German chocolate cake, which is known to have a sweet and gooey taste. But don’t fret because the ganache glaze is made out of chocolate that is semi-sweet to avoid the cupcake from becoming too sweet. It also has a banana pudding inside to balance out the sweetness of the cupcake. Match these cupcakes with your favorite espresso to compliment the taste.
