Pumpkin Walnut Spider Cupcakes

Pumpkin Walnut Spider Cupcakes

What’s scarier.. spiders or snakes? Luckily we don’t have to worry about smashing these spiders! They are actually invited to the halloween party!

These spider cupcakes start with pumpkin walnut cupcake batter, and that might just be my favorite part! They are pretty simple to make and they have great flavor from the brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree. The walnuts add a great crunch and I’m pretty sure walnuts and pumpkin go together like peanut butter and chocolate 🙂 The only thing you’ll have to worry about with these adorable spiders is how to eat them!

Peanut Butter Chip Brownie Cupcakes

Peanut Butter Chip Brownie Cupcakes

The only thing we can think of that’s better than chocolate, is a date with chocolate and peanut butter, and these yummy cupcakes deliver. These goodies are so scrumptious they don’t even need frosting! Of course, a little frosting never hurts…

It’s worth noting that these cupcakes aim for a higher density, like brownies, but with a handful of peanut butter chips in each bite, we wouldn’t blame you at all for eating several in one sitting.

Impossible Pecan Pie Cupcakes

Impossible Pecan Pie Cupcakes

Impossible Pecan Pie Cupcakes are the perfect dessert for anyone who loves pecan pie, whether you’re looking for an easier version of your favorite dessert or simply want to try a new twist on it.

As the cupcakes bake, the pecans rise to the top of the cupcake, just as they do in a traditional pecan pie. The base of the cupcake is an extremely moist cake that captures the flavors of maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla. The pecan layer is crunchy, and if you use lightly salted pecans, it’ll have a sweet-salty finish to it. It is all the flavors of pecan pie in a completely new, single-serving package. It’s a great twist on a classic fall favorite.

Cinnamon Chocolate Cupcakes with Nutella Frosting

Cinnamon Chocolate Cupcakes with Nutella Frosting

As the weather cools and we start making treats for parties galore, it’s easy to go straight for a standard vanilla or chocolate cupcake recipe. While there’s definitely nothing wrong with classic, these cinnamon chocolate cupcakes and their Nutella frosted tops offer just the right twist on a traditional flavor.

The warm cinnamon flavor goes perfectly with the rich chocolate in the cake, and you can’t beat Nutella frosting. Really, if you like the flavor of cinnamon at all, I wholeheartedly recommend these cupcakes.

My husband labeled these as one of the best cupcakes he’s ever eaten and I’d have to say I’m a huge fan myself!

They remind me so much of a good pistachio ice cream (one of my favorite flavors) and I love that they are perfectly soft and tender. Plus that buttercream is what dreams are made of! If you like pistachios don’t pass these by! They’re such a decadently delicious cupcake!
