Beef on Wonton Cupcakes

Got the idea for the wonton cupcake from emily bites and gave it a regional Buffalo twist ala Beef on Weck

Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Press a couple wonton wrappers into the bottom. Chopped up some roast beef, mixed it with au jus gravy. Spoon the beef mixture into the cup, lay another wonton wrapper, spread some horseradish and drizzle with a bit more au jus. Top with a wonton wrapper, brushed with a touch of egg wash and sprinkled with kosher salt and caraway seed. Bake at 375 for about 20 min.
