Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Okay, so while this isn’t exactly a cupcake recipe, it MUST be shown to the entire world. Combine cones and frosting with your favorite cupcake recipe – may I suggest trying one or two from our archives? – and you have the BEST cupcake ever! It’s wonderful for parties, summer get togethers at church or just meetings where you want to impress a group of people. Our one tip: don’t overfill the cones! Unless you want a batch for yourself that don’t look as good as they taste…in which case, don’t overfill the SECOND batch you make.

Okay, we won’t say that these are totally perfect for the dieter, because what dessert really is? But these skinny pineapple cupcakes, if made according to directions, do help to relieve a little of the guilt that comes with devouring this type of sweet. No-Bake Mini Blender Cupcakes

No-Bake Mini Blender Cupcakes

Seeing and tasting these raw goodies will make you a believer in the idea that you don’t always have to bake to have cupcakes. In this case, you’ll only need 6 ingredients and a blender to whip them up. With so much time saved during the preparation, you’ll have lots of extra time for some special frosting choices or techniques. Don’t tell your consumers that these are raw, so you can see the look of pure shock, then delight on their faces when they discover this fact.

Lemon Coconut Cupcakes with Italian Meringue Buttercream

Lemon Coconut Cupcakes with Italian Meringue Buttercream

There is only one good word to describe such a treat as this lemon coconut cupcake: ridiculous. Let me clarify, not ridiculous in a bad way, but definitely ridiculous. These little cupcakes have a wonderful, oozy lemon center and are topped with the most delicious frosting (no, seriously — just make the frosting, you will not be disappointed) and the fluffiest cupcake batter known to baker. Just give them a shot, and see how you feel. They’ll probably give you lemon fever, but hey…who said that was a bad thing?

Cotton Candy Cupcakes

Cotton Candy Cupcakes

Personally, I think cotton candy is amazing. The thing is…while it isn’t impossible to make at home…it’s such a pain. And for some reason, it’s just never as tasty as the fair stuff. Rather than be depressed at this fact, rejoice that someone invented this lovely cupcake to fix all of our cotton candy problems! Grab the right flavorings, some really beautiful cupcake colors and boom…magically cotton candy cupcakes. Enjoy!

Poop Emoji Cupcakes

Poop Emoji Cupcakes

No one likes Monday, so it’s only appropriate we share these poop emoji cupcakes on a Monday, right? Yes, they really are edible cupcakes. When you say the name, say it really fast, because no one wants to focus on the idea of eating poop. Instead, focus on the amazing taste and remarkable resemblance to their namesake. The cupcake name is pretty self-explanatory for anyone who’s ever used a smart phone, but the taste is so wonderful it’s more difficult to find words to accurately describe them. Whipping up a batch is won’t take any time at all, and decorating them is sure to cure the Monday blues!
