Cannoli Cupcakes

Cannoli Cupcakes

New York City’s Feast of San Gennaro starts next week, so we had to share these cannoli cupcakes just for the occasion!

Think vanilla cupcakes filled with cannoli cream and topped with cocoa whipped cream frosting. Just a touch neater than a traditional cannoli, but still just as tasty!

Root Beer Float Cupcakes

Root Beer Float Cupcakes

We think lots of things are better as cupcakes, but this idea for root beer float cupcakes really does have it all. Root beer flavor? Check. Cupcake goodness? Check. Ice cream? Check!

The cupcakes are moist and have a nice, tight crumb that seems to pass on more flavor in each bite. You can really taste the root beer, and the hint of vanilla – which many root beers also include – rounds out the flavor. They can be eaten plain, but they’re at their best when served with ice cream and a drizzle of root beer syrup.

Watergate Cupcakes

Watergate Cupcakes

Watergate Cupcakes are the cupcake version of the famous Watergate Salad made from pistachio pudding mix, pineapple, cool whip, and marshmallows and they are the perfect nostalgic treat.

The cupcake part is super moist with just a little texture contrast from the crushed pineapple. Both the flavor of the pistachio and pineapple are evident, but not overpowering. A green cupcake covered in marshmallow fluff frosting. That’s super fun.
