These are my go-to Tahitian Vanilla Bean White Cupcakes that I’ve taught in my cupcake classes that are perfect for picky kids that don’t like offbeat “creative” flavors and adults who want a sweet, fine-crumbed cake ideal for decorating (and eating!)

To make them Minnie Mouse, the cupcakes are piped with a swirl of pink buttercream frosting and then topped with mini Oreo ears and a fondant bow. So cute!

Ready for the cutest cupcakes of the summer? These Palm Tree Cupcakes are easy to make and will steal all the attention at your next party!  I’m serious, these are a showstopper and I even took them one step further and added a cute “towel” and teddy to the island scene!

You can leave the island palm tree and just serve them like that, or you can add a Fruit by the Foot “towel” and a Teddy Graham tanning on the island!  Just use a pair of scissors to cut your “towels’ and then use some frosting to secure the towel and the teddy the the cupcake island!

Hi guys! I am re-doing another recipe from the archives again and bringing it some new life. These coconut cupcakes were made in March 2013 (that’s three years ago!!!) when I just started blogging and they have remained a favorite over time.

I’ve of course played with the recipe since then as I develop as a baker and the version below is the current awesome state of a soft coconut cupcake topped with sweet coconut whipped frosting. I love how the coconut flavor is intense in these because of coconut cream (instead of coconut milk) and it makes my coconut-loving heart happy!
