Ice Cream Soda Cupcakes

Ice Cream Soda Cupcakes

I LOOOOVE creaming soda. It’s so sugary and addictive. Creaming soda is on par with red cordial for it’s ability to make kids go super crazy sugar high hyperactive.

And I love jelly. It’s so wobby and fun and makes cakes look cool.

So this cupcake recipe combining creaming soda AS jelly might just be the perfect Monday treat.

Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal Cupcakes

Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal Cupcakes

If there was anything better than Saturday morning cartoons as a kid, it was the bowl of sugary cereal that accompanied them. How many times have you missed that innocent morning ritual as an adult?

With these creative cupcakes, you can bring the indulgence back, but with a lot less mess and a lot more sugar. Welcome back, Saturday morning.

Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Cupcakes, in an ice cream cone? It all started with these tiny ice cream waffle cones.

Though they were fiddly and messy to make, the final result was so cute! The surprise load of popping candy in the centre was definitely a crowd pleaser and much giggling ensued.

And though I love my cupcakes, I definitely need to get my hands on more of these little cones so I can experiment with different desserts 🙂

Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake Cupcakes

Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake Cupcakes

Today I’m switching up the way we eat cheesecake via my newest obsession: Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake CUPCAKES. Tiny in size and huge in flavor… I seriously cannot get enough of these little cuties.

I created these lemon ricotta cheesecake cupcakes as an option for those craving cheesecake without all the chaos. Cause let’s be real… sometimes we just don’t feel like busting out the springform pan and building a water bath. And that’s OK!

Cheesecake Cupcakes

Cheesecake Cupcakes

The only thing better than real homemade New-York-style cheesecake is that same cheesecake portioned out individually so you can pick up in your hand and keep all to yourself – no sharing!

These individual cheesecake cupcakes have just 6 ingredients, are low-calorie and easily portable, and they are a fantastic dessert to bring to a party! The cheesecakes can also be frozen for an instant treat whenever your heart desires cheesecake.

Orange Crush Cupcakes

Orange Crush Cupcakes

The Orange Crush, in cocktail form  (not to be confused with the cloyingly sweet soda variety), is synonymous with our beaches here on the Eastern Shore. A few simple ingredients are shaken up to create one of the freshest and fruitiest drinks you’ll find.  They’ve long been one of my favorites in the summertime. So, I got to thinking – why not in cupcake form?

Cake by the ocean, baby! If there ever was a cake deemed worthy of being consumed by the ocean – it’s most certainly these. Make them soon to welcome the warm weather! No regrets.

Chocolate Breakfast Oatmeal Cupcakes

Chocolate Breakfast Oatmeal Cupcakes

These breakfast cupcakes “to go” are an easy & nutritious recipe loved by both kids and adults – Just like the original version, they can be vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, oil-free, and even sugar-free.

They are perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or portable snack, and you can customize the basic recipe by adding in whatever you have on hand, such as shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, or a generous handful of mini chocolate chips!

Minnie Mouse Cupcakes

Minnie Mouse Cupcakes

These are my go-to Tahitian Vanilla Bean White Cupcakes that I’ve taught in my cupcake classes that are perfect for picky kids that don’t like offbeat “creative” flavors and adults who want a sweet, fine-crumbed cake ideal for decorating (and eating!)

To make them Minnie Mouse, the cupcakes are piped with a swirl of pink buttercream frosting and then topped with mini Oreo ears and a fondant bow. So cute!

Palm Tree Cupcakes

Palm Tree Cupcakes

Ready for the cutest cupcakes of the summer? These Palm Tree Cupcakes are easy to make and will steal all the attention at your next party!  I’m serious, these are a showstopper and I even took them one step further and added a cute “towel” and teddy to the island scene!

You can leave the island palm tree and just serve them like that, or you can add a Fruit by the Foot “towel” and a Teddy Graham tanning on the island!  Just use a pair of scissors to cut your “towels’ and then use some frosting to secure the towel and the teddy the the cupcake island!
