Hot Fudge Sundae Cupcakes

Hot Fudge Sundae Cupcakes

It may be a little on the chilly side to indulge in actual ice cream, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a hot fudge sundae anyway.

This cupcake recipe is the perfect way to get the sundae taste you’re craving without the drop in body temperature ice cream can bring. So instead of turning up the heat and going for the Ben & Jerry’s anyway, try this on for size!

Gluten Free Peppermint Chocolate Souffle Cupcakes

Gluten Free Peppermint Chocolate Souffle Cupcakes

These flourless cupcakes weren’t only the best gluten-free cupcakes I’ve ever had, they were one of the top cupcakes I’ve ever had! Although they are flourless, these cakes are the opposite of dense.

By whipping the egg whites and gently folding them into the batter, you’re left with a light and fluffy cake which has an incredibly decadent, rich chocolate flavor without being overly sweet.

Christmas may officially be over, but winter is just getting started, which means snowmen and gingerbread are definitely still in season.

These creative cupcakes are the perfect way to send 2016 out with a bang or bring a little snowy fun to a warmer location. Topped with your choice of cake balls or donut holes and dressed to the nines, these “snow” treats won’t last long, no matter how cold it is.

Reindeer Cupcakes

Reindeer Cupcakes

Christmas Day is finally here, and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than by toasting to Santa’s main man, Rudolph.

These adorable reindeer cupcakes pay homage to the outcast reindeer who lit the way for gifts and goodies and went down in history. They’re likely to go the same way, after they hit taste buds and tummies.

Chocolate Reindeer Cupcakes

Chocolate Reindeer Cupcakes

Santa. Your reindeer taste so good. In the form of a super moist, super chocolatey cupcake.

Of course, Rudolph and his friends are covered in whipped chocolate frosting that tastes almost mousse like and then decorated with chocolate covered pretzels, mini Nilla Wafers and M&Ms. Seriously, I never knew Reindeer could taste so good!

Hot Cocoa Cupcakes

Hot Cocoa Cupcakes

Like a cup of hot cocoa in cupcake form! ← Even more amazing than it sounds! These homemade chocolate cupcakes, topped with a gooey toasted marshmallows, taste just like a creamy cup of hot cocoa.

The cupcake base is supremely moist, ultra fluffy, and full of rich, decadent chocolate flavor. The batter is made with eggs, egg yolk, melted butter, oil, sour cream, and hot coffee. All of these ingredients add intense moisture and flavor to the cupcake, and I do not recommend leaving any of them out. This is a recipe I suggest following to a T. Why mess with perfection? ;)

Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes

Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes

In honor of National Cookie Day and the holiday season:

Tis the season! These Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes have a gingerbread cookie bottom topped with a gingerbread cupcake. Then they are topped off with a brown sugar cream cheese frosting and another gingerbread cookie for triple gingerbread love!

I loved how these Gingerbread Cookie Cupcakes turned out. I haven’t always been the biggest gingerbread fan, but I am now realizing what I have been missing out on. I love the subtle spiciness of the ginger. And turning that package of cookie mix into a cupcake creation? Game on!!
