Monday calls for something special. Monday calls for sprinkles! And brown butter. And FROSTING.
Basically what I’m saying is Monday calls for cupcakes. More specifically… THESE cupcakes ↓

If there was anything better than Saturday morning cartoons as a kid, it was the bowl of sugary cereal that accompanied them. How many times have you missed that innocent morning ritual as an adult?
With these creative cupcakes, you can bring the indulgence back, but with a lot less mess and a lot more sugar. Welcome back, Saturday morning.

We spend a lot of time checking out creative, amazing cupcake recipes from around the world. From savory to sweet to a mixture of the two, we’ve seen most of it. But sometimes, we just want a little vanilla.
This cupcake recipe is sweet and simple, vanilla cupcakes with vanilla bean buttercream. Happy Monday!

Though Prince’s birthday has long gone, we never think it’s a bad time to celebrate one of the most prolific and talented entertainers of our time. This Purple Rain cupcake is the perfect way to do just that.
Purple from head to toe, this cupcake features a vanilla base and buttercream with an infusion of color, and though we can all admit that Prince was far from vanilla, we think he’d appreciate a cupcake of such beauty. Rest in peace, Prince!

These are my go-to Tahitian Vanilla Bean White Cupcakes that I’ve taught in my cupcake classes that are perfect for picky kids that don’t like offbeat “creative” flavors and adults who want a sweet, fine-crumbed cake ideal for decorating (and eating!)
To make them Minnie Mouse, the cupcakes are piped with a swirl of pink buttercream frosting and then topped with mini Oreo ears and a fondant bow. So cute!

This frosting recipe is just as you’d imagine, sweet and buttery and the pretzels give it a nice crunchy texture and hit of salt. The vanilla cupcakes are soft and fluffy – just the thing to carry a generous amount of salty-sweet frosting!
I made her Egg-Free Vanilla Cupcakes recipe, too, which she notes “is perfect for those with any sort of egg allergy, but honestly it’s just a really great cupcake!” I found that to be very true. It’s a great little all-purpose cupcake.
Moist homemade vanilla funfetti cupcakes, topped off with creamy vanilla buttercream frosting and extra sprinkles! More sprinkles are always a good thing!
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, special occasion or a just a day ending in y…you need these funfetti cupcakes in your life. And, since this recipe makes only 8 cupcakes, you won’t have a ton lying around taunting you to eat later!

These Golden Oreo Cupcakes are made completely from scratch using my favourite vanilla cupcake recipe. The cupcakes are gorgeously buttery, fluffy and are everything a good vanilla cupcake should be
The vanilla cupcakes are swirled with a creamy vanilla frosting. The frosting is insanely delicious! I’m not even kidding when I tell you it tastes exactly like the vanilla crème filling inside the Oreo. Try it and you will see!

When it comes to cupcakes, there is one very important question to answer: Are you Team Chocolate or Team Vanilla? For all those with a serious passion for intense vanilla flavor, look no further than these extra-moist and fluffy Vanilla Bean Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Buttercream Frosting.
Vanilla bean cupcakes, vanilla bean frosting, vanilla bean allllll the things. We’re talkin’ not one, but two vanilla beans squeezed of every last tiny black seed to lend their rich taste to a dessert favorite.
