Blueberries are delicious. Do you need anymore convincing to try these blueberry cupcakes? I hope not, because blueberries may be the best (and most delicious, in my opinion) filling and topping for cupcakes. They don’t really ruin the fluffy goodness inside, and they add a wonderful layer of flavor that is just unmatchable by any other fruit. Top with a toooon of frosting that just screams “eat me!” and you have an amazing little cake that could technically even be a breakfast food.
